In today’s NHL trade rumors rundown: Are the Philadelphia Flyers interested in a Lawson Crouse trade? NHL rumors have been floating around about the Arizona Coyotes trading Jakob Chychrun but the player that could be moved before Chychrun is Crouse.
Frank Seravalli of The Daily Faceoff reports teams have been calling the Coyotes about the availability of Crouse. Teams feel Crouse can easily be a plug-and-play 20-goal guy consistently on a better team.
Seravalli went on to say, one team that has a serious interest in a Crouse trade is the Philadelphia Flyers.
Crouse is a pending RFA after this season and has an affordable $1.533 million salary cap hit for a team to take on. He does have a $2.25 million minimum qualifying offer for next year and does not own a no-trade clause.
