In the Western Conference, can the Colorado Avalanche repeat as Stanley Cup champions? Are the Minnesota Wild still playoff contenders without Kevin Fiala? Can the Calgary Flames make the playoffs without Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk? Will the Vancouver Canucks make the playoffs once again after a disappointing 2022 campaign?
Will Vegas be able to make the playoffs without a #1 goalie now that Robin Lehner is out for the year? The LA Kings will be contending for a playoff spot but will fall just short.

Solid NHL predictions for the 2022-23 season. I can see the Colorado Avalanche repeat as Stanley Cup champions.
I do believe the Leafs win the Atlantic division and will lose in the second round to Florida or Tampa. Ottawa will make the playoffs.
I see Edmonton making a long playoff run in the West. Calgary might squeak in as the 8th seed.
