Adin Hill making a save
Have the Vegas Golden Knights found their starting goalie in making a trade for San Jose Sharks goalie Adin Hill?

Earlier this offseason when it was announced that Robin Lehner would be out for the year, many NHL Analysts thought the Vegas Golden Knights would target Habs goalie Jake Allen.

It looks like for now, Vegas is going to see what Adin Hill brings to the table and possibly be their #1 goalie for the 2022-23 NHL season.

The Golden Knights traded away their 2024 fourth-round pick for Hill.

What does the Adin Hill trade bring to Vegas?

Hill, 26, is a big goalie standing at 6’6″ tall and he put up decent numbers with an average San Jose Sharks team.

Does he have what it takes to be a #1 goalie for Vegas as the Golden Knights want to be Stanley Cup contender this year.

In 74 games played, Hill has a career mark of 29-32-5 with a 2.74 GAA and .908 save percentage.

He was drafted 76th overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 3rd round of the 2015 NHL entry draft.
