Dreger considers it unlikely Yakupov is moved by the NHL trade deadline, suggesting it’s more of an off-season move. Taylor Hall and Jordan Eberle could also be available in the off-season. Dreger feels the only untouchable is Connor McDavid.

TSN 1040: Darren Dreger reports that the New York Islanders and Winnipeg Jets might make a trade for Travis Hamonic. The Jets now might be willing to move Jacob Trouba to the Islanders. The team remains “a little unsure” over what type of defenseman they have in Trouba and are concerned about what his contract is going to look like.
