Will the Edmonton Oilers make a trade for Marc-Andre Fleury to shake things up? They are also looking for a third-line center.

In Wednesday’s NHL trade rumors mill the Edmonton Oilers have been trending as the team has been struggling and they need a trade to shake things up.

Darren Dreger was on TSN’s Insider Trading and reports the Oilers will not make a coaching change. Mike Babcock’s name was floating around on social media as a replacement for coach Dave Tippet but Dreger has said a coaching change will not happen right now.

Dreger went on to say, goaltending though is being looked at by GM Ken Holland and the Oilers. Trade options that are available are certainly being considered.

NHL rumors earlier this season had the Oilers interested in a Marc-Andre Fleury trade. He is the likely target for Edmonton. If a Fleury trade cannot be worked out other options are the Leafs Petr Mrazek or the New York Rangers Alexandar Georgiev.

Dreger also mentioned the Oilers would be looking to make a trade for a third-line center.
