The Dallas Stars have signed Cody Eakin to a four-year extension worth $15.4 million. As of 2016-17, Eakin’s average annual valuation will rise to $3.85 million.
The new deal puts Eakin in line to be the club’s sixth-highest-paid forward beginning next season.
Eakins, 24, had 19 goals and 21 assists in 78 games for the Stars last season.
