Which defenceman will lead the NHL is scoring for the 2022-2023 season?
Roman Josi put up an incredible 96 points last season. We do not see a defenceman coming close to 100 points this season in our annual NHL point predictions for defenceman.
Cale Makar will lead the league for defenceman scoring by putting up 90 points. It will be a battle between Josi, Victor Hedman and Adam Fox on who finishes second.
A dark horse defenceman pick could be Thomas Chabot of the Ottawa Senators. We have him putting up 60 points, but if the Sens click and provide some great offensive output this season, Chabot could end up with 70 points or more.
