The San Jose Sharks have honored the past by revealing new uniforms for the 2022-2023 NHL season.
The biggest uniform change is the use of teal pants and helmets for the home outfits. Previously, the Sharks have always worn black pants and helmets with their dark uniforms.
To answer the question of, are these permanent or third jerseys? The answer is the San Jose Sharks have rebranded and this is their new look and not a third jersey.

In the photos below, you will notice the San Jose Sharks modernized the shark fin logo for the shoulder patches. Other changes include the re-addition of a bottom stripe and the removal of any orange trim.
