The Fourth Period: The Tampa Bay Lighting are looking to add some scoring depth. The Lightning have sent one of their top scouts to watch the last few Toronto Maple Leafs games, while Tampa’s Director of Pro Personnel, Pat Verbeek, has been watching the Philadelphia Flyers out west.
Both the Flyers and Maple Leafs have assets they’re willing to part with, such as Matt Read, Brayden Schenn and Joffrey Lupul.
