Leafs, Habs, Flames interested in Kerby Rychel
TSN.ca: The Toronto Maple Leafs, Calgary Flames and Montreal Canadiens are among a number of teams interested in Columbus Blue Jackets forward Kerby Rychel. Rychel, the 19th-overall pick in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, has reportedly been unhappy with his perceived lack of opportunity with the Blue Jackets and repeatedly asked for a trade before the season began.
Sharks interested in signing Mike Richards
The Hockey News: It appears the San Jose Sharks are serious about signing Mike Richards to contract once his court date is over later this month. Richards played his junior hockey for Sharks coaches Peter DeBoer and Steve Spott. The Edmonton Oilers and Washington Capitals also recently surfaced as possible suitors.
