The Vancouver Canucks will be making changes soon. Not just a coaching change but players will be moved out and the Canucks will be full in on tank nation for Connor Bedard.
There are NHL trade rumors now floating around that Canucks management have been talking to the Seattle Kraken about a HUGE trade. This would be awesome, as this could setup a good rivalry between the two teams because of the close proximity.
Shane Wright for Bo Horvat trade coming soon?
The Seattle Kraken will be playoff bound unless something seriously goes wrong down the stretch and Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports the Kraken have interest in a Bo Horvat trade.
Kraken GM Ron Francis is a huge fan of Bo Horvat and loves his style of play. The Kraken need depth at the center position and will target Horvat. Bo would just not be a rental player for the Kraken, if they are looking to make the trade, they are going to want to sign him long-term.
John Buccigross of ESPN suggests in his piece online that it is possible the Seattle Kraken will have to offer up Shane Wright as a trade piece for Horvat.

I love the idea of moving Bo for Wright and possibly an additional late first round pick this year from Seattle? That to me is a steal for the Canucks but makes a ton of sense for Seattle to aquire a veteran 2way player down the middle like Horvat. Probably the weakest part to Seattle’s current roster
Horvat with the Kraken would be insane, the Kraken are so much improved over their first season.
Horvat for Wright is a no brainer for the Canucks. Basically up to Seattle if they think they have enough to win now. Vancouver needs to rebuild and that would be a good start
