The Fourth Period: Buffalo Sabres GM Tim Murray is open to trading his second first-round pick, which is the 21st selection in the NHL Draft. Murray is reportedly looking to move up in this year’s draft or to acquire a young prospect with the pick.

The Toronto Sun: The Ottawa Senators would like to trade Craig Anderson or Robin Lehner before the NHL draft if it’s at all possible. GM Bryan Murray has been fielding calls on Anderson and Lehner with significant interest in both.

“Five or six teams have called and there has been some discussion and there will continue to be. We’ll see what comes of it, Murray said”

TheSenators will focus on getting a top six forward, which Murray stated was an objective at the end of the season.

We’ve got some things we’d like to do between now and the draft or July 1 if we could. There’s no doubt we’d like to add one piece to our team and that means you have to move something to make that happen. We’re going to try to really hard do that,” said Murray.

Philly.com: With the recent signing of Russian defenceman Yevgeni Medvedev, the Philadelphia Flyers have a plethora of defenceman. GM Ron Hextall would like to re-sign Michael Del-Zotto, this means Hextall will likely trade Luke Schenn or Nick Grossmann, maybe both? Hextall would like these moves done before the July 1st free agent period.
