Why Ristolainen Makes Sense for the Red Wings
The Red Wings have been searching for consistency on defense all season. Their young core, led by Moritz Seider and Simon Edvinsson, has shown flashes of brilliance but also struggled with the rigors of an 82-game season. Adding a veteran like Ristolainen would provide stability and allow the young guns to develop at a more manageable pace.
