The NHL trade deadline 2022 version turned out to be a very eventful day and we are still waiting on the Las Vegas Golden Knights trade of Evgenii Dadonov to the Anaheim Ducks.
The Atlantic Division is a beast with Florida, Tampa, Toronto and Boston all loading up at the trade deadline and they will all have to face each other to make it to the Stanley Cup final. A very good team will be knocked out in the first round. The NHL needs to revisit the 1vs8, 2vs7, 3vs6, 4vs5 playoff format.
