Chicago Blackhawks management have made it clear, they are going into a full rebuild. NHL rumors have already circulated that the Blackhawks are shopping Dylan Strome and Alex Debrincat.
David Pagnotta of the Fourth Period expects the New York Islanders to be fairly active this offseason and Isles GM Lou Lamoriello could be interested in a Patrick Kane trade.
Pagnotta went on to say, he will not be surprised if they move one-to-two vets to free up Islanders salary cap space to make an impact trade.
Lamoriello loves Kane and has inquired about a trade for the superstar in the past. The big question is, do the Isles have the assets to pull off a Kane trade this summer?
