The Chicago Blackhawks have traded Kyle Beach to the New York Rangers for Brandon Mashinter.
The 23-year old Beach was drafted 11th overall in the 1st round of the 2008 draft by Chicago.
The 25-year old Mashinter was undrafted and carries a $605,000 cap hit.
