Trade rumors are going around that Winnipeg Jets defenseman Dustin Byfuglien could be moved.
Byfuglien has had weight issues and he supposedly weighed 302 pounds by the end of the season.
Byfuglien will make $5.75 million for the 2013 – 2014 season. He’s had run-ins with coaching staff and his play regressed last year as his conditioning slipped. He hasn’t been playing a disciplined game.
The Jets organization feels Byfuglien has become a problem which the GM Cheveldayoff must try to solve.
