Adam Henrique
NHL trade rumors for December 1, 2022 feature Adam Henrique. The Colorado Avalanche and New York Islanders have interest in Henrique.

Now that we have passed the quarter point of the NHL season, NHL trade rumors are starting to pick up with non playoff teams letting potential playoff teams know what players are available.

The Anaheim Ducks will be sellers once again this year and they have let teams know that Adam Henrique is available for trade.

New York Islanders and Colorado Avalanche as possible destinations for a Henrique trade

The Hockey News reports the Anaheim Ducks would like to trade Adam Henrique and the Colorado Avalanche and New York Islanders would be a great landing spot for Henrique as both those teams are seeking forward help.

Anaheim Ducks GM Pat Verbeek would likely have to retain a portion of Henrique’s $5.825 million Ducks salary cap hit to complete a trade.

The likely asking price for Henrique is a 3rd round draft pick and mid-range prospect to get a trade completed. Henrique is under contract for one more year, so this would not fall under the category of a rental trade.

Henrique, 32, was drafted 82nd overall by the New Jersey Devils in the 3rd round of the 2008 NHL entry draft. Currently over a career that spans 13 seasons, he has a total 453 points in 790 games played, and 13 playoffs points in 27 games played.
