Are the Carolina Hurricanes Stanley Cup contenders?
Are the Carolina Hurricanes still Stanley Cup contenders after NHL trade deadline day 2023?

The Carolina Hurricanes made a few NHL trade deadline moves but not significant ones like other Stanley Cup contenders in the Eastern Conference.

The Toronto Maple Leafs, Boston Bruins, New Jersey Devils, New York Rangers all loaded up with big moves. The question is, can the Hurricanes compete with those teams?

What moves did the Carolina Hurricanes make?

GM Don Waddell made a few minor moves with the acquisitions of Edmonton Oilers forward Jesse Puljujarvi and defenseman Arizona Coyotes defenseman Shayne Gostisbehere.

Are those additions enough to compete with the other beasts in the East?

What are Carolina Hurricanes fans saying about the trade deadline moves?

As a Cane fan, we are super happy to have you on the team bud, I think you will find a good spot and have some fun!!

Oilers made a huge mistake and Canes got a W in this case. Congrats Canes and Jesse!

A very honest guy with an infectious personality and a huge smile. Hope you enjoy Puljujarvi… we all did. Sorry to see him go. He needed a change of scenery.
