Brock Boeser trade to Pittsburgh
The Pittsburgh Penguins have interest in making a trade for Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser.

The Pittsburgh Penguins feel they can get enough out of Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin and Kris Letang for one more Stanley Cup run and they are willing to part with assets to land a big piece this NHL trade deadline.

With all the trades that have gone down the past few days in the Eastern Conference, the Penguins are looking to make a splash in the NHL trade rumors mill as they have an interest in Vancouver Canucks forward Brock Boeser.

Pittsburgh Penguins interested in a Brock Boeser trade

David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period reports the Vancouver Canucks & Pittsburgh Penguins have had serious discussions about a Brock Boeser trade.

Pagnotta went on to say in his piece that there is work to be done, but there is serious interest from Pittsburgh management to get a Boeser trade completed and Vancouver will retain part of Boeser’s salary cap hit.

What are Penguins fans saying about a Brock Boeser trade to Pittsburgh?

Man… I really don’t want this to happen. Any Pens fans hoping for him are going to be very disappointed. He will quickly become a whipping boy.

I predict, Boeser (25% retained) for Ty Smith and 2023 unprotected 1st.

As a Pens fan, I rather take J.T. Miller over Boeser. Let’s see what happens over the next few days…
