As the Anaheim Ducks look to rebuild their team, they have let teams know Adam Henrique is available for trade. They tried trading him at the NHL trade deadline with no luck.
The Fourth Period is reporting the Ducks are actively shopping Henrique, who has three-years left on his contract. Anaheim explored moving him in-season, but his $5.825M cap hit posed an issue.
Anaheim may have trouble trading Henrique unless the Ducks retain some of that salary or if they bring back a big contract. He isn’t against a move, either, and would love to play for a Stanley Cup contender.
NHL trade rumors have the Seattle Kraken and Dallas Stars interested in Henrique.
