St. Louis Blues fans have reason to be excited about the future, and much of that hope rests on the shoulders of 20-year-old forward Zachary Bolduc. Drafted 17th overall in 2021, Bolduc has rapidly progressed from a promising prospect to a player knocking on the door of the NHL.
Bolduc’s junior career with the Rimouski Oceanic and Quebec Remparts in the QMJHL was nothing short of dominant. He consistently lit up the scoreboard, showcasing his impressive goal-scoring ability and playmaking instincts. In his final QMJHL season, he notched an impressive 50 goals and 44 assists in 61 games.
Bolduc’s Skillset
Bolduc is a dynamic offensive talent. His powerful shot and quick release make him a threat from anywhere in the offensive zone. He’s not just a sniper though; Bolduc possesses excellent vision and hockey IQ, making him adept at setting up teammates for scoring opportunities.
