Ryan O'Reilly trade to Colorado
NHL trade rumors for November 10, 2022 feature Ryan O'Reilly. Will the Colorado Avalanche target O'Reilly as their 2nd line centre?

With the St. Louis Blues struggling to find a win, sitting last in the Central Division and on an eight game losing streak, fans are screaming for the Blues to make some changes.

On a selfish note, I picked Jordan Binnington in a hockey pool as my second goalie and I need points before I drop further in the standings.

Blues management would like to trade Vladimir Tarasenko, but he owns a no-trade clause making a Tarasenko trade very difficult right now.

Will the Colorado Avalanche make a Ryan O’Reilly trade?

One player that Blues could look into trading is Ryan O’Reilly. He does not own a no-trade clause and he will be an unrestricted free agent this summer and likely not re-signing in St. Louis.

Pierre LeBrun of The Athletic reports St. Louis Blues general manager Doug Armstrong is not afraid to make big trades to shake things up.

LeBrun feels O’Reilly would look great in a Colorado Avalanche uniform centering the Avs second line.

With the Gabriel Landeskog injury that has him sidelined for another 3-4 months, Colorado will have the salary cap space to make a big trade.

Reilly is familiar with Colorado as he started his NHL career with the Avalanche in 2009-10 before he was traded to the Buffalo Sabres in 2015.
