UFA forward Radim Vrbata has signed a two-year contract worth an average annual value of $5 million with the Vancouver Canucks.

In 80 games with the Arizona Coyotes in 2013-14, Vrbata scored 20 goals and 31 assists. He is coming off a three-year contract that paid him an average annual value of $3 million.

Vrbata has played the past five seasons with the Coyotes. He has spent time with the Colorado Avalanche, Carolina Hurricanes, Chicago Blackhawks and Tampa Bay Lightning over his 12-year NHL career.
