Will the Winnipeg Jets trade Jacob Trouba or sign him? Dan Rosen believes the Winnipeg Jets will re-sign, not trade, defenseman Jacob Trouba. The only way Trouba goes to another team is from an offer sheet.

Will the Philadelphia Flyers trade a defenceman?

The Hockey News: If Ivan Provorov makes the Philadelphia Flyers this coming season, the Flyers will be forced to trade one of their defenceman. GM Ron Hextall would love to move one of Mark Streit or Andrew MacDonald where both carry cap hits of over $5 million. A last resort option would be that MacDonald could be demoted, but the Flyers will only receive $950K in cap relief from that move.
