  • Rule 23 – Game Misconduct Penalties
  • Rule 24 – Penalty Shot
  • Rule 38 – Video Goal Judge
  • Rule 57 – Tripping
  • Rule 64 – Diving / Embellishment
  • Rule 76 – Face-offs
  • Rule 84 – Overtime
  • Rule 85 – Puck Out of Bounds
  • Rule 1.9 – Rink – Face-off Spots and Circles – Ice Markings/Hash Marks Ryan Malone has signed a one-year, two-way contract worth $700,000 at the NHL level or $100,000 in the AHL with the New York Rangers. Malone had five goals and added 10 assists over 57 games with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2013-14.

ESPN: Martin Brodeur is still looking for a team to play for. They have been rumors he could sign with the Montreal Canadiens.

“We knew all along we would have to be patient,” Brodeur’s agent, Pat Brisson of CAA Sports, told on Thursday. “Marty is prepared to wait this out, knowing that at some point a team may very well develop a need. Marty is in a good place. It’s not like he’s phoning me every 10 minutes. He’s going to be patient.”
