Arizona Coyotes forward Clayton Keller season is done after falling awkwardly into the the boards as seen in the video below.

Keller posted on twitter, “Want to thank my teammates, the fans, and medical personnel for the love and support last night! Unfortunately the season’s over for me, but I’m resting comfortably at the hospital in good spirits. I will be back better than ever for day 1 next season!!!!”

There is no word on what type of injury he suffered? Could it be a broken leg or a torn ACL/MCL type injury?

Keller was having his best season yet and we all wish him well for next season. Keller, 23, was drafted 7th overall by the Arizona Coyotes in the 1st round of the 2016 entry draft. Currently Keller has a total 256 points in 360 games played, and 7 playoffs points in 9 games played.
