The Pittsburgh Penguins have agreed to terms with goalie Casey DeSmith on a two-year contract. The contract runs through the 2023/24 season and carries an AAV of $1.8 million. His contract does not include a no-trade clause.
DeSmith, 30, posted 11-6-5 with a 2.79 goals-against average, .914 save percentage and three shutouts in 26 games with the Penguins this past season.
