The New York Rangers have traded Michael Del Zotto to the Nashville Predators for defenceman Kevin Klein.
Del Zotto, 23, has scored two goals and nine assists in 42 games with the Rangers this season.
Del Zotto was originally selected 20th overall by the Rangers at the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.
Klein, 29, has scored one goal and two assists in 47 games with the Predators this season.
In parts of nine seasons with the Predators, Klein has scored 16 goals and 66 assists.
