Bruins and Kings seeking a defenceman
Could the Boston Bruins or LA kings make a trade for Toronto Maple Leafs defenceman Justin Holl or Travis Dermott?

After NHL rumors were making the rounds yesterday that the Toronto Maple Leafs are looking to trade Justin Holl or Travis Dermott, could one of them be a fit for the LA Kings or Boston Bruins?

With the LA Kings losing Drew Doughty and Sean Walker to long-term injuries, Pierre LeBrun reports the Kings are looking to make a trade for a top-four defenceman.

Trade rumors out of Boston have GM Don Sweeney also looking to add a top-four defenceman.

It is likely Justin Holl could be the target over Travis Dermott. There is no report on what the Toronto Maple Leafs would seek in return. They would likely wants draft picks or prospects instead of a contract coming back because of salary cap constraints.

Darren Dreger was on Toronto’s sports morning show First Up on TSN 1050 and confirmed teams are calling the Leafs about Justin Holl .
