The Jakob Chychrun rumors will just not die. He will likely be traded by the NHL trade deadline and the latest team to show serious interest in a Chychrun trade is the Boston Bruins.
The Bruins are in win now mode as they are getting long in the tooth. This could be Patrice Bergeron’s and David Krejčí’s last year with the B’s so why not take a shot at a solid defenseman who plays a Bruins style of hockey, has term on his contract and his Coyotes salary cap hit is manageable.

Pierre LeBrun was on TSN’s Insider Trading segment and stated the Boston Bruins have contacted Arizona Coyotes management about a Jakob Chychrun trade.
LeBrun went on to say in his TV hit, that the Bruins are not the only team interested in Chychrun and that could drive up the price on what teams would have to give up to make the Chychrun trade.
It has been reported the Arizona is seeking a first round pick, a top prospect and a roster player in return for Jakob Chychrun.

The price for all the good players this deadline is pretty much the same price , give or take a prospect or two. So the Boston Bruins might as well go after Chychrun
Good, let them trade away what prospects and 1st rounders they have left (they have no 2nd’s until 2025), win the cup this year, then suck for the next 7-8 years. I’m fine with that.
