Jason Spezza has submitted 10 teams he does not want to be traded to.

Now GM Bryan Murray has to find the best deal he can get for Spezza. The two teams that have shown the most interest are the Anaheim Ducks and St. Louis Blues.

The Ottawa Citizen was reporting the Senators could be looking at a package that includes Andrew Cogliano or Nick Bonino as one of the three pieces the Sens are looking for from the Ducks and one of Anaheim’s two first round picks would need to be included.

St. Louis is willing to part with Patrik Berglund as part of a Spezza deal. Kevin Shattenkirk and Ian Cole could also be available.

The Nashville Predators and Dallas Stars are also interested in Spezza.
