The NHL Draft lottery is going to be held on Tuesday May 10, 2022. The draft lottery will be broadcast live beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, ESPN+, Sportsnet, SN NOW and TVA Sports.
The 2022 NHL Entry Draft will be held in Montreal July 7-8, 2022. The city was supposed to host in 2020 prior to cancellations and postponements caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Shane Wright is the projected #1 overall draft choice expected to be picked by the winning team.
