Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane have signed eight-year contract extensions, each worth an average annual value of $10.5 million with the Chicago Blackhawks.
Toews and Kane each had one year remaining on their previous contracts. They both signed identical five-year $31.5 million contracts prior to the 2010-11 season.
