Latest Montreal Canadiens trade rumors

The Fourth Period: The Montreal Canadiens have been in constant communication with Alexander Radulov and Andrei Markov, but the Habs do not appear close to re-signing either one of them. Canadiens GM Marc Bergevin is interested in bringing in unrestricted free agent defenseman Karl Alzner, and while solidifying the blueline is a priority for the Habs, they also want to add a top-six scorer to the lineup, especially if they lose Radulov.
