Sportsnet: Doug Mclean of Sportnets is reporting that Toronto Maple Leafs forward James van Riemsdyk name is floating around the trade rumor circles and he could be available for a trade.
Elliotte Friedman: Good morning. Word today is Kevin Bieksa has informed the Vancouver Canucks he would accept a trade to the San Jose Sharks. Now up to the teams to work out a deal.
Ryan Rishaug: Fully expect the Edmonton Oilers to close on a goaltender today, likely before the draft. Peter Chiarelli won’t hesitate or let this linger too long IMO. Cam Talbot seems to be the goalie of choice for the Oilers.
