Ottawa Sun: Ottawa Senators defenseman Patrick Wiercioch could be on the trade block. Wiercioch was a healthy sractch multiple times last year and the Sens have a plethera of defenseman.

Unless you have a no-movement clause, you’re in play. That’s just the way it is. You’ve got to see if you do get traded, it’s an opportunity, another team wants you. Pro Hockey Talk: Columbus Blue Jackets young star center Ryan Johansen has 2 and 4-year proposals on table. There has not been much communication between two sides lately. Johansen, 22 scored 33 goals with 30 assists in 82 games for the Blue Jackets last season.
