The Hockey News: Would the Philadelphia Flyers consider trading Claude Giroux? The Flyers are in an awful slump and GM Ron Hextall is looking to make some trades. Philadelphia Daily News’ sportswriter Sam Donnellon suggests they trade center Claude Giroux while he’s still valuable. Grioux is in the second year of an eight-year deal with a full no-movement clause and an annual cap hit of $8.275 million. The Hockey News reports Marleau could add Chicago and Nashville to the list of teams he would be willing to play for.
