In some awesome news for the Calgary Flames, they have signed newly acquired all-star forward Jonathan Huberdeau to a 8-year, $64 million contract extension.
This signing will take a bit of the sting away from Flames Nation after losing Matthew Tkachuk via trade and Johnny Gaudreau to free agency.
“I’m excited for this new chapter and I am committed to this team. I’ll give everything I have, on and off the ice.”
