The Carolina Hurricanes are offering Tuomo Ruutu and Jiri Tlusty to teams in search for a puck-moving defenseman.
Ruutu has a $4.75 million contract which could be tough for teams to take on that salary.
With the Hurricanes offering Tlusty, rumors are he has a lack of interest in re-signing.
